Last Friday, our Chief Development Officer, Rodney Ee, had the privilege of speaking at the 3rd Progressive Employers' Learning Day, organised by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF).
Joining a thoughtful fireside chat alongside fellow speaker Ms Annie Lim from Lonza Biologics, the discussion explored how companies can foster a progressive workplace culture, align leadership with workforce transformation, and embrace the evolving definition of a good employer.
